cant close my coin box

cant close my coin box
seems to have a coin jamming it shut and i cant get at it anyone know how to pull out the coin box or get behind it its the one above the heated seat buttons:o

i had this same problem once, and someone told me to bang with your fist next to the coin holder... bang on the actual side of the console(or whatever its called) next to the coin holder... hit it pretty hard too, a couple times until the coin holder loosens up... it sounds crazy, but it works...
oh yeah, and if you break anything, you didnt hear this from me...
