Go to cali tint in tysons, near the ski shop on rt.7. HoneyCL didn't listen to me and brought 3 cars to la tint and now has bubbles on her car and has to go back to get it redone. the guys at cali tint where pretty cool and didn't mind redoing the front when I told them it was too dark. one thing tho, cali tint will not tint on the top dot matrix but la tint will. But if you do a search alot of people said it will start to bubble up if u do tint that part.

I'm not unhappy with my tint, actually i like it alot. Plus, they guarantee for the lifetime you own that car. Yes, i do have bubbles, but they aren't noticeable unless you stare and examine every piece of it. They were very nice when i took it back to them and they are redoing my drivers side window. My bf with a Celica has no complaints and is happy but they also said that the Celica is one of the easiest to tint.

Nova - how much did u pay for ur tint at cali tint?

honeyCL - how much did u pay? also, did u get the rear dots tinted over? if so, how is it?

just want to get an estimate of how much i'm lookin to spend on some tint. also, does anyone have the metallic tint in the VA/MD area? just curious as to whether u've been harassed by the cops yet. I want the metallic, but with my luck i would get a ticket for it everyday.

not to start a racial flame war or anything but can ya not use the word "oriental"?! please use "Asian" or "Asian-American" when referring to people and "oriental" when referring to rugs. I will now step off the soap box.

I made that 'oriental' mistake a few times before. Whoops. My dad still refers to black people as 'colored.' I'm 22, he's 64 (?)... I guess its a sign of the times.
Also, is that a dent I see in front of the wheel? Or is that a botched section of the jpg?

errr, u brought up something i didnt wanna talk about..
the 2nd day i bought my car.. i noticed a scratch at that section.. i knew i didnt do it.. so i brought back to the dealer and told them what happened.. and he refused to fix it for me for free and they said he can paint the whole bumper over for 120... i was like "FUCK THAT SHIT"
so i put a sticker over that scratch.. but i removed it long time ago.. cuz i put a Silver matelic sticker instead =)
