I was wondering if anyone has used the Canadian Tire windshield stonechip repair kit. I have lots of little chips on my windshield, no spider cracks or anything like that, just little chips into the outer layer of the windshield. I wanted to fill them in because I notice them a lot right after cleaning the windshield and they are mostly in my line of sight, so they become very noticeable when you know they are there. I don't think any of them will enlarge and become a problem, but you never know. Isn't having to drive on the 401 behind transport trucks great! Isn't there some law that they aren't supposed to come into the left lane? Also for the kit, can it only be used on one chip or can you do multiple chips as long as you do them right after each other (I think the kit says it's one time use only).

hey man, I would recommend getting them filled by a pro. Save yourself the hassle, IMO. I know the 401 can be merciless!!

Does it cost a lot? Does it take a lot of time for them to do or is at an hour or two hour job. Some insurances cover it right?
