Can I still buy OBX headers???? Where????
I think I want headers.....if I can save $500, I'll do it. Any reviews and thoughts would be nice

Nicky, one thing you have to think about is that you just added a BOATLOAD of weight to your car with all your fancy new stereo equipment, sometimes ya gotta deside if you want a car to be FAST or PIMPIN and this new stereo will make it harder for your car to show the FULL gains that the headers can offer. your 19's also hinder the gains of the headers as well....so maybe youd be better off spending the 500 bucks on a head unit for your system or something?? i dunno, just a thought. i mean personally, i LOVE a good stereo system, but i dont plan on ever changing my stereo from what it is now (stock with infinity basslink) because the basslink is so easy to take out for going to the track and it only weights like 15 lbs anyhow so its not a bad weight gain. im into keeping my car fast and making it faster, thats the reason i wanted your 17" rims because i dont want to throw off the speed and power of the car with bigger, heavy rims....its a trade off, you can have a pimpin system but the headers wouldnt make you as fast, or you can have a really fast CL (by CL terms of course) but you wont have a stereo system because that would bring down your performance...

enjoy those stock rims and tires by the way!!! i know im lovin my new rims, those tires are gonna get tossed pretty soon though, man, i hate stock tires!! squakin and squeakin all the time

I had purchased from another vendor and got screwed over,
sent the wrong headers and then were out of stock. Then i went to ssautochrome, and they said they had them in stock..oh were they wrong .. i get an email saying they're out of headers and expecting a shippment 10/11/02. so, i sent them an email to follow up, and that was their response....

ssautochrome was closed the first week of October, I ordered some headers from them. Paid for them Friday, arrived at my house the next Wednesday.
Oh, these were for my Probe GT. I am ordering the CL's headers when they get a new shipment in, or I find another seller who has them in stock. I waited this long, another 6 weeks won't hurt me for the headers!
