Can I lease from another state?

Well, I visited a couple of Infinity dealers around the area and none of them are willing to work with me. Is it possible to get a leased vehicle from another state; perhaps on the east coast where I could probably get a better deal?

If so, can anyone recommend any dealers? I'm looking for an FX45 or 35.

I lived in MA when I leased my CL-S from a NH dealer. I've since moved to NH. Check with any dealer from any other state to confirm, because I think certain residency requirements have to be met in some lease programs. Wisconsin comes to mind for some reason, but I'm not 100% certain.

I have an unlce who lives in Ohio and leases a car from PA. So the answer is yes. But like others have said, if you're going in looking for specific leasing specials, enquire about the residency terms first!

What car are you looking for? What kind of price are you looking for? How much down? Etc...

I'm looking for an Infinity FX 35 with the Sport package which MSRP's for about 41K or and Infinity FX 45 with the premium package that MSRP's for 45K... I would rather have the FX45.

I'm looking to have a drive off cost of around 2K. I want 10K miles a year for 36 or 39 months.

If it's a neighboring state, most dealers will know the tax/tag figures & will just do the title work for you. If not, they'll give you a temp tag & you'll have 30 days to take it to Motor Vehicle in your state for taxes/tags/registration, etc.

But, yes...some lease offers are for special demographics & have restrictions. I really don't think that will stop the dealer from finding another way to make the sale though...good luck.
