Can CLP or TLP headrests be installed on a CLS?
I heard somewhere that the CLP and TLP headrests tilt forward unlike the CLS which don't. Is it possible to install these headrests on the CLS?
thanks,

yes, they fit. And they do tilt!
BUT, the notches which catch on the height adjustment lever are not in the right place (on the pole). You would have to make your own notches with a dremel. OR You could also try replacing the pieces the poles go into on the seats. I don't know if this is possible though. But worth looking into![Smile](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
We test fit a headrest out of a 03 TLP into a CLS last weekend. Fit good.

I would try swapping the carrier the pole goes into. Although if someone could post the seat assembly one might be able to tell if this was possible.

The 03 TLP headrests looked OK to me.

Agreed. It doesn't look as "Sporty" as the regular type-s headrest. But it's actually functional! Unlike the type-s headrest. Unless you enjoy laying back while driving? having to look down to see out the windshield? Puts me to sleep. Nice having your head supported upright, especially for long trips.
