Anything is possible with enough $$$$$, but I would say it’s much cheaper to trade and get one that WORKS and comes with a warranty.

i did that on my old auto Integra. After the manual swap the car was encountering all sorts of problems. It was running rich...blinkers didn't work...ABS cut out...etc etc..hence the CL-S.

I would NOT recommend it.

Right, it is much cheaper for you to trade in and get the 6speed.

I agree on the trade in opinion... it will be alot easier for you in the long run. And resale will be higher! Imagine buying a car that had been 'converted'... would you?
However, I converted my Accord auto-->manual and have had no problems whatsoever. It's been 2-1/2 years... only cost me $600
