Camber Correction kits?
I was on Autocarparts the other night and ran across something called a camber correction kit. It looks like a short rod.
Is this what is used with the comptech springs? Will this re-adjust the camber on the rim/tire to prevent the wear of the tire quicker?
I'd love to get springs and rims, But, I drive over 80 miles a day and do not want to go through tires any quicker then I have to..
Any thoughts?

I emailed back and forth with Tim and Comptech and here is the word on that: there is a set for the rear of the CLS bt not yet a set for the fronts, they are still being developed. Comptech however thinks that the CLS will not require a camber kit as the springs do not lower the car enough to through it out of spec. Most of the results which we have seen here prove this theory. Eitherway, you do not have to install the camber kit with the springs so you can wait and see how the alignment comes out a couple weeks after installing the springs.

the comptech springs do not lower the car enough to affect the alignment of the car...so the camber kit is not needed...if you get the springs installed at an Acura dealership they will even warranty the suspension...camber correction kit is only needed for 2" or lower and if you do this the factory suspension warranty is void.
Correct the camber kits thus far have not proven to be required on Comptech springs. The toe settings on TL/CL's are what needs to be reset after the car is lowered.Jens
