Calling ACURA CS right now about Nav update
band with me guys! i'm going to call them in a few minutes and tell them that i was promised 2 updates for FREE by Manfred Falk, Salseman, Acura Pleasanton CA. i want what i was promised at the time i purchased my car.
the number is 1-800-382-2238 option 1
i will keep you guys updated on what happens. i also called my mom (yeah laugh it up) and told her about the situation since she remembers Manfred telling us this at acura, AND incase i dont get anywhere with them, that SHE would call. trust me guys, you DO NOT want to be on the other end of the phone with my mother when she is pissed at service people. she has ALWAYS gotten what she wants after yelling and screaming. she even goes as far as to write down EVERYBODY'S names that she talks to then bitches higher and higher up the corporate scale

hey man, i was in ur same situation, but instead of callin acura cs, i went to the dealership to bitch...do u have it in writing that they promised u 2 free dvds? i didnt, but i finally got the sales mgr to reimburse me for one...it still sucks, cuz tehy promised me 2, but one is better than nothing...i brought my dad into the dealership as a witness too...there are many ppl on this board that were promised free upgrades...i believe a small handful of ppl got them...goes to show you, GET IT IN WRITING. i will next time.

the CS number told me to talk to my dealership. first start with the sales manager , then the general manager. i can back up my argument becuase the salesperson himself is there and remembers telling me this when i bought the car. althought it's not in writing , they have to accept the words of their own sales guy. i'll keep you guys posted.
