CAI voids warranty!! True?!?!?

I just called my dealer and asked about modifications that would void my warranty. They specifically said that changing the intake would cause the PCM to work harder...??? However installing the headers would not void the warranty because it deals with exiting gases. Is my dealer full of crap....or does he have a point. What does Park AVE Acura have to say about the intake?
