is it worth to get a CT icebox, if i am gonna drive my car in winter, or should i get a normal intake

what do you mean a normal intake? you mean get an AEM instead of an icebox?

time of year shouldn't play any part in that decision.

yeah a regural one jus filter and tube no cold air, cause if snow gets in the CAI, then....

you can get a bypass valve so nothing can get up inside there.

I'd say use an icebox in summer and spring while the AEM in fall and winter...

how woudl snow get into your CAI? anyways yo uhave to completely submerge the intake in water for it to get enough fluid in there to do any damage. A bypass is a good alternative but the Icebox has no filter downlow but rather only a hose that reaches from the colder air and brings it up to the filter that's in the engine bay. No problems with the ICebox should be had unless your car is submerged in 3 feet of water
