I prefer the AEM ad would certainly get the bypass valve. Your car wll be substantially louder, but that sund is sooooooo sweeeeeet and it really only kicks in above 5000 RPMs or so.

Will the CAI make my car feel noticeably faster or just sound faster. I'm also thinking about AEM pulleys . Whats the concensus on those? Can you see em pretty good when they're installed cuz those silver ones would look sweet w/ satin silver CL-S.

Get the Injen or AEM same, I have Injen's and no problem.

Wait for the MM/RES mod and maybe some Deso Irduim plugs and you are all set, unless you want to go with comptech Supercharger....

The CAI usually adds about 6-10 hp to the engine so you shouldbe able to feel omewhat of a difference, at least I did. I wouldn't get the pulleys. They aren't bad or anything, I just think that they are kind offa waste of money. They might look better but only add like 4 hp .

When are they going to release the MM/RES mod? Does anybody have an idea what it is/does, who makes it etc? I thought it was going to be available after SEMA. My acura dealer told me $95 for mudguards, prolly cheaper from apc, shipping???

Well, the RES is, if I remember correctly, going to be sold by Rick Case Acura. I really don't know about how it goes about doing what it does, but what it does is add like 15 hp and 20lb/ft of torque, all for $300! It should be availible by or shotly after the end of the month, but there will be a pretty long waiting list.

I happen to share the thought that all the Intakes are really the same. They are pretty much based of the same principle and after that the only thing that really matters is the fact that u pay more for one than the other. I have an AEM cause I got a sweet as deal for it (Birthday gift that onyl cost 220 w/ bypass valve). Another member on this forum has the WeaponR and it works great too and why did he get that? Cause it was economical as he knows the dude from WeaponR. In the end, it's all the same.
