So, I'm sitting at about 126k miles and I need to get some maintenance done on my 03 type-s 5 speed because I was a cheapskate that didn't do regular maintenance. I'm wondering where I can buy these parts online because there's a mechanic in town that will install parts if I pay labor.

When I was about to do my timing belt service I found a few sellers on ebay who were selling the whole bundle of parts needed for the service (belt, pulleys, water pump, etc.) I'm not sure if they're still around but have a look iirc it was a pretty reasonable price, too.

Go OEM if you can afford it. The only critical non oem parts I would use is ithe AISIN brand ( actually makes stuff for many OEMs).

Amazon also sells some Aisin parts too. .
