Buying decisions: looking for advice

I'm thinking about getting CL or CL-S for my wife around mid of June. There are few things I still can't decide on and would appreciate your advice:

(1) Can't decide whether I should get her CL or CL-S. If that was for me, I'd get CL-S but I'm afraid she simply won't care or won't feel a difference. Insurance is a factor in this too.

(2) I'm not sure about navigation system. It sounds nice but we don't travel much and I also don't like its climate control dependency.

(3) Last but not the least. Is mid of June a good time to get CL or not? I've been reading about demand for CL not being high enough, dealers having lots of stock to move and people getting nice deals. Do you think the situation will get better or worse towards the mid of June time frame? The earliest I can get is 1st week of June and the latest the last week of June.
