I think that is a really good prie. I bought my 02 CL-S w/ 105,000 miles for $9,500 in may! The tranny will be covered 7 years from the manufacturing date or 109,000 miles.
Things to check for:
-Body damage...also get a carfax report
-Check the oil currently in the car to get an idea of how the owner takes car of the car
-Ask for all maintanence receipts
-Check Tranny Fluid
-TEST DRIVE THE CAR...DRIVE IT HARD and check for slipping
-Inspect the brakes rotors for uneven wear
-Check Brake fluid, coolant, and power steering fluid
Also keep in mind that @ 105,000 you will need about $1,000 for a big tune-up of the timing belt, water pump, tensioners, and spark plugs

This is incorrect only certain 03 models are covered although Acura has a pretty good track record for Goodwill on these units.......
