i've raced my car at the track, but what i did was just put the ebrake all the way down, and slam the gas for about 5 seconds

Push the VSA button (on the left side of the steering wheel next to the moon roof controls) when the light is on your good to go. You'll see the "!" in the triangle glowing yellow.

must be a prototype cause I just got off the phone with Kaaz. seems there is no LSD for sale yet. they said they have no plans to develope one either. that's impressive, wonder how much a one-off LSD cost

why don't you guy believe me about the limited slip diff.

no i can prove you wrong
look on www.autocarparts.com

___---___
KAAZ Limited Slip Differentials (?.S.D.· react fast without fail and have a wide range of adjustments available to suit different driving conditions. We use the largest friction plate size possible and also increase the number of plates to gain maximum performance.

The sensitive L.S.D. will work even when the slightest torque is applied.
Increased ability to transfer power from the engine to the wheels without loss of power.
The power acting on the plates is reduced so that abrasion on the plates are protected.
Increased number of friction plates greatly improved abrasion efficiency and heat capacitance of the plates.
Not only the friction plates, but all parts of our L.S.D. have been improved and made larger, so the overall strength of the main body is increased.

All years Acura (All Models)

Notes: Kaas Conversion from 1.5 way to 2 way for full differential action under braking. Requires full teardown of Kass unit to install.

Our Price:
$166.50

Shipping: $60.00

Yea i think someone else asked us about another L.S.D. and the solution came up not to get for a reason i forget, they said it was mostly for a certain type of racecar?

I don't know much is 'a lot' but burning out certainly isn't fantastic for your tires.
I don't sweat too much over it unless you do it ALL the time.

Torque-braking isn't the greatest thing for your car either, but hey.

Put the car in reverse, roll backwards at about 5MPH, then switch the car into drive real quick and smash the gas. You'll go a nice burnout

doing burnouts on radial tires is counter productive. All you will do is get the tires hot an greasy. You should only be doing burnouts on slicks. Those tires need to be heated up to become sticky. All you need to do to radial tires is let some of the air out of the tires(to increase contact patch), and do a quick spin to knock the rocks out of the tread. And if you are at the drag strip AVOID the water box if possible. It is always funny to watch a civic roll into the waterbox and spin his tires because other people are and then at the light tree all he does is spin tire and can't figure out why he isn't going anywhere.

But if you just what to burn tire on the streets just for fun, then turn off VSA and torque brake. And when you release the brake make sure you turn the steering wheel back and fourth quickly to try to get the other tire spinning too. Otherwise only one will be spinning. And try to do it in the rain at a parking lot that way you will have less traction and plenty of room.

I think he wanted to be a l337 d00d and do burnouts in his car. I didn't get the impression he was actually ever racing.

burning out will eat up the tires nice and fast...and if burn out while racing, well
stick in reverse and go home in shame.
burn out with slicks after you roll over water...do not go over the water on regular tires...it's not fun spinning in one spot hehe

Yes, because we have an open differential that puts most of the power to the tire with least resistance...by turning the wheel...you alternate between each tire...or you'll just burn one out.
On the matter of the LSD.....Kevin was talking about a group order from Quaife. Expect at least 1K per with a minimum of 10 orders before Quaife will build it.
On the Kaaz...you NEED THE ENTIRE TRANSMISSION UPGRADE BEFORE YOU CAN INSTALL THAT LSD. No LSD is $160....trust me...
