You sir, are putting your foot in your mouth. A Bullitt is not "extensively" different from a regular GT. Non-cosmetic items are brakes, suspension, VERY mild underdrive pullies and a revised intake. 5-10 hp and 5-10 tq gains on the dyno over a GT
AS far not understanding that a Bullitt can be "stock", you;re just a fucking idiot. Don;t get involved in a month old thread and then speak out of your ass about cars you are unfamiliar with.

So if a stock GT goes up against a stock CL, that's one thing. But then you step it up to a Bullitt...and the CL's are suppose to stay stock? Not to mention the entirely different class of motor outputs. If a V8 modified hot-rod wants to pick on a V6 import....and gets spanked cause the V6 is tuned, don't whine about it and say, "I would of beat you if you ran stock."
Sure, stock GT vs stock CL. I'll take the GT 4 times out of 5 too. It's not like I haven't driven both cars... and don't know what they're like... sure they have the same horsepower, but the GT has 302 ft/lb torque..... it's rearwheel drive.... solid axle... and same weight. It'll definitely be a good run, but I'd still pick the GT over the CL in straight line anyday.
