well, the clock should be fixed under warranty. That's not a bulb that you can easily change like the reading lamps or something. I'd go back and complain or find another dealer. The odds are they were being lazy b/c they'd have to remove the center console to change the bulb out.

The mirror, however, seems to be correct. I do not believe that sensitivity of the mirror can be adjusted.. it's simply and on/off mirror... and if you have tint.. it will compromise the functionality of the mirror.....

I had one the road lamp bulbs burned on me in less than month when I first had my can and they fixed it with no problem.

That's total B.S, I had my road lamps replaced several times under warranty without any problems. They even told me they are sorry for me having problems with bulbs.

Auto-dim mirrow is a BS as well, you can easily check if it works or not even if you have titnted windows. take a flash light, and cover back of the mirrow... you will see if it works or not event during daylight. You might not even need flashlight, just cover the photo sensor in the back of the mirrow.

There's a TSB and an improved replacement part for the road lamp problem. (And no, it's not Polarg/PIAA)

As for the clock lamp, I'm with Juniorbean. It's not meant to be user-replaceable; it should be covered within the warranty period.

Maybe his car is beyond manufacture warranty?
Than it makes sense, extended warranties have more limitations than OEM warranties...
