what's the finally word on upgrading bulbs in the cl-s, especially the 'for/driving' lamps?

Ha ha... talk about opening the door for debate.... there are no hard and fast recommendations.... I tried the PIAA19169 - better match but too dim...then I tried the Polarg M6 - good match and brighter. The research stopped at that point. Do a "bulb" search and see what you come up with for other opinions.

Try PIAA 19224 or Polarg M-6. They are both 18W bulbs and seem to match the headlights pretty close.

No one has done a PIAA vs. Polarg comaprison yet, so I can't say for sure which of those two is the best. But I went with the PIAA. Since the are both about $15 for the pair you can't go wrong with either.
