so my passenger side headlight over the last few days comes on just fine then flickers a bit then goes off, if i turn my headlights off then back on the light comes back on then does it again. so i was wondering is this the bulb going bad or the ballast? any imput would help, thanks,

probably the ballast but double check before you buy one. Search, there are plenty of threads that address this and one I just posted from a couple days ago.
