I ordered my navi disk and they e-mailed me saying that my credit card was rejected. BULL SHIT

I called my CC company to confirm that this was bullshit before I called Alpine back.

I just got off of the phone with Alpine and they said it was their mistake. NO SHIT!

I asked them to pay for next day shipping because of their mistake. They said they couldn't do that. BULLshit.

SO, If you get a disk, burn the fuck out of it and sell it. You probably have better customer service skills then these assholes.

Its good to see they admitted their mistake however i agree they should have paid for next day shipping as a gesture of good faith.
