Bringing my CL-S in Fri. for the recall!!

Whats up guys, Yup, My car is within the VIN #'s for that timing belt recall, bring the car to Acura of Westchester. What exactly are they changing?? To do this do they have to rip open the engine to replace this object?? It is a good full day job I would imagine, I was hoping to get a TSX Loaner but they wont have one available until next week, oh well, while I am there, I am going to get my car appraised and see what they will give me as a trade in for an 03 6-speed CL-S!! uummmm if I can keep my payments the same you think I schould do it?? I have an 02 CL-S w/navi w26k miles auto!!! But I have Comptech Springs and exhaust on my car, that I would swap of course, but would this be a hassile??
But should I go back to driving stick or keeping auto?? Yeah performance is an advantage but I HATED being in trafic with a stick, it just sucks!!!
