Tires are the probably the most important part of a car. They are the only place where your car touches the road (hopefully). Changing tires makes a HUGE difference on everything....

Hey DeLucCL-S,

Can you take pictures of both how the tire fits on the wheel and how it looks overall on the car. Maybe a couple of face shots ( and closeups ) of the wheel / tire. Then one from down low, facing the rear end, to show how it fits on the car itself.

Thanks...........

Theres some guy on the maxima forums that constantly preaches that 7" rims arent wide enough for 235/45/17s.

it's 100% safe even though tire companies' websites recommend at least 7.5"

if they arent safe, then i am in big trouble.....but until that happens, all i can say is these tires rock!!

My future brother in law and i went for a "spirited" ride around my town last night, and i get to put the tires to the test.....WOW

with VSA off...the car is completely different off the line...much beter...i recommend to anyone..just get tires...these or whatever you like.....a world of difference

pics to come once the car is cleaned!!

I sold my stocks for $200 + shipping, they had 15k miles on them. Just put a ad in the black market. Bought new re's for $602 including shipping (tirerack) mounting here was $40/all 4 soooooo New RE's cost me $442.

Yeah, after selling my stocks and getting an insane deal on my Pilot A/S, the new tires only cost me $280.

Now THAT'S a deal!!!

i have my tires on since last year, except for putting the stocks on for winter
it is a pleasure getting them back on
no rubbing, the tires extend out past our shitty rims, so no scrapes
handling is 50% better
don't listen to all the negative remarks, there are enough of us with this size that say it works

I thought you can only put 225s as the biggest on the stock wheels? My assumption has always been that you can only go another 10 from what it normally comes with...thus 215 to 225. DOes your tires stick out from your wheels?

It depends on the tire. Most 235/45-17 say 7 1/2 min. but several people here report no problems at all putting 235's on the stock 7" wheels.
