Compare the price to this:
http://www.autocarparts.com/part/5/0
ok for the new guys a V-AFC is this:
" The FIRST-generation V-AFC is a fuel computer that adjusts fuel/air ratio and VTEC engagement on most Honda /Acura models. The V-AFC modifies the pressure signal allowing you to adjust the fuel curve, 16-point, adjustable fuel curve that can be set in 500RPM increments. The range of fuel adjustment is +/- 50% at each of the user-defined setting points. The V-AFC allows the adjustment of the VTEC engagement point under acceleration and deceleration."

If ur going the direct port route ur gonna probably be running a wet setup, so the fuel mixture for the N2O will already be supplied.

The VAFC alters the MAP signal by increasing it or decreasing it to give more or less fuel. So on a forced induction vehicle any changes to the MAP signal would not be seen by the ECU as they would be clamped to a lower level any way by the ESM.

I got lucky for mine. Brand new (original package) kit, genx2 upgrade and remote bottle opener for $1350 CDN cash = $960 USD hehehe..the genx2 has everything like purge valve, blowdown tube, pressure gauge, bottle warmer, etc.

The Gen II Kit is nice I have the works except for the "$550" carbon fibre bottle. I think that is alittle overboard. The bottle heater is nice but remember that in temps of 70 it would take atleast 15mins to get the bottle up to optimum pressure.
Now the bottle opener is the FKin tits. It takes 2-2.5 secs to fully open the bottle. From personal experence it only takes .3-.5 of a second to open the bottle enough to spay. And when pulling from a light and realizing that the guy in the Vette next do u decided to go is enough time. Sure u lose 3-4 feet off the jump but u gain 4 cars in the end
.
I would recomend getting an MSD window switch and a fuel pressure regulator. If there is ever a drop in fuel pressure the whole nitrous system shuts off.

Juker doesnt NX have an RPM window switch and the fpr?...
You dont have those and you never had problems did you?.. just make sure to spray above 3000 and take ur foot of the gas when switching gears (from D2-D3-D4) or tiptronic... isnt that good/ "safe" enough?

NX has no saftey add-ons that come with any of their kits. The FPSS (Fuel Pressure Saftey Switch) will only with on carburated engines. And there is no window switch, just a SPDT switch. So u would have to go out and purchase the saftey add-ons. I reomend MSD. But yea I have no saftey features added on. I never let off the gas when I switch gears. Just worry that the tranny will switch when shifting gears, for me its kinda a toss up. Sometimes I bounce off the rev-limiter sometimes I don't

yeah, I'm talking about the RPM switch. The shop working on my car recommended it to me. He said don't worry about it, and that he would get it for me. He showed it to me in some magazine, but I don't know which one. He said it was $90.00.
That probably doesn't help much, but thats all I know.

Best to call MSD and ask them what set up works for our cars. I do believe that it is a universal application.
Look for either MSD, MSD Window Switch, MSD RPM Switch.
