Brake Pads - Suggestions?
Okay, so I'm a noob and I know there's a bunch of posts on Pads and Rotors on the forum and I've also read all of them. However, I am still unclear as to which Pads to go with on the rear.
Which of these pads should I get?
Axis Ultimate
EBC
Hawk
Akebono
AEM
I am going with the Rotora Slotted rotors for the rear. Just need to decide on a set of pads.
Also, if anyone knows a great place to get the pads that would be helpful. I already saw a group buy post for the rotors.
Thanks in advance.

i have tired a lot of pads on this car and past cars and so far i love the aem pads, quiet, solid pedal, good stopping, also low dusting.

I agree on AEM pads. Ive got Rotora Slotted and AEM pads in front with no problems at all. Gray/Beige dust with low dust, nice stopping distance. when u get them, make sure to cut off the stubs to fit your calipers. They are made for our cars but also fit other hondas as well.

I think i'll probably go with the AEM then. Any suggestions on where to get the best deal on them? Also, the Rotors, the group buy vendor is out of stock on them.

It's a very common modification to cut the stubs off. I recall a thread talking about it.

I have Akebano and absolutly loving them !!
They are extreamly quiet, low dust, and give you very smooth stoping...
But then again, if you are into street performance and etc... Akebano might not give you the performance you want.
But if you are an average driver looking for good breaks for everyday driving, I'd highely recommend Akebano.
I heard from people that Akebano supposed to last much longer and be very easy on your rotors thus reducing warping....
