Happy CL-S Pilot
messed up. Just ask a break down for the cost. Pads are for less than a $100. Midas/Mieneke will charge like $75 for simple pads replacmed.
I am planning on doing a complete Brake pads/New rotors/New SS lines/Mew Brake Fluid for less than $450.
My only conceren is what to get for rear rotors?

I miss my 03 CL-S :(
Ouch!
I just had my rotors resurfaced and pads replaced all around. Under warranty, it cost me $0
Couldn't you have told them you were feeling a pulsation when braking and you think the rotors may be warped. That way they could possibly work under the TSB, even if you're past the warranty mark?

If you can install a cold air intake you can change your brake pads and put new rotors on. It really is a simple job. Putting on SS lines is not hard either, but then you really should have somebody to push on the brake pedal to bleed the lines.

Do not pay 350 for a brake job
I bought high performance brake pads for 25.00, paid 40.00 for installation including turning of the rotors.
Hey, if you don't know the actual price fo what this cost, then maybe 350 is not bad.
But, I know the price, and 350 sounds outrageous.
Hey, maybe they meant 350 including Brenbo brake pads and rotors:P

haha..cool man..thanks for the offer.
i know one of these days I'm going to have to do some more harder work to get to know my car further. I think sways will be my next at-home job to do myself.
hopefully i can hold out on my rotors until i do the brake kit from that place in sunnyvale. there was someone on here that got it done..all four rotors, willwood kit installed for ~$2K. I guess it would be a good road trip to go down there anyways...
