Smile "Brake Lamp" warning light mystery

Yesterday my "Brake Lamp" warning light lit up, so I checked all of my brake lights and they all lit up ok both on normal and high setting (when pressing the brake pedal). After doing some reading on this issue, there was so much confusion on the source of this, but I went to the brake fluid reservoir and opened it, moved the sensor around a little, resealed it, and restarted the car. The warning light was off after that.

Has anyone solved this warning light problem in a similar way?

Not much of a mystery, sometimes the plunger gets stuck and sets off the sensor because the car thinks you're low on fluid. If it happens again the cap may need replacement
