Which bottom end is better for the 3.5 upgrade?

Which bottom end is better for the 3.5 upgrade?
Odessy or MDX?? What are the differences?

Supposedly they are all the same, but the Rick Case Acura 3.5 has always been done with the MDX bottom end i believe.
