Bose system
My CD player recently crapped out on me.
The radio/tape still works, but the CD Player wont eject anymore.
I've been told by the Acura guys that they are notorious for doing this.
Instead of changing my whole system (though I know you guys will encourage me to do so) I would rather just change my deck. As far as I've been told, it isn't that simple, the Bose speakers have a different impedance than most speakers.
My question is, can I change my head unit (CD deck) without changing the entire system, or does the Acura/Bose deck output a different signal.

In my past experience......to run an aftermarket headunit with the stock BOSE sound system, you need to get a bypass module from an audio shop. As around at any audio store....they will tell ya!
