Bosch Plus 4 Plugs Installation

Did my plugs yesterday with Bosch 4418s (CL-P 2001) and I'm pleasantly surprised at the difference. I had 50K on the NGKs, and thought it was time. Engine runs smoother, and the occasional knocking from mid-grade or regular octane gas is completely gone! Made the whole car seem quieter- paid about $5 each. Time will tell if this is just a perception. Took about an hour and 20 minutes, much faster than I expected. The only hang-up was the passenger-side back plug and getting the connector off. Unbolt the coil first, then you can rotate until you can depress the latch and pull. If you think these plugs are tough, try an 87 Legend, where you have to remove the cross-bar to even have a chance.

The old plugs looked pretty clean except for some carbon on the outer edges, probably from not running premium.
