Blew the doors off a GSX Eclipse !
I was out for a typical Sunday drive, when I encountered a Black GSX Eclipse, that is the AWD model. We were on the highway, and the guy just kept looking at my car and speeding up. So finally I got tired of his behavior, so I speed up and catch him at about 75. We give each other a signal, and we are off. I got off first and it was close until about 85 by that time I was up by one car, by 100 it was 2. I slowed down because of the fear of getting a ticket. He pulls next to me and gives me a peace sign and takes the next exit. Just another kill for the mighty CL-S.

I killed the same car in red yesterday/ Almost the exact same story for me except I pulledaway from this guy pretty hard, likely due to my mods. I remember reading that these cars take a long time to get to 100 even thought they are fast to 60.

yeah...a stock gsx or gs-t isn't that fearsome, but a boost controller and a downpipe and there is some serious power. plus a gs-x is heavy, only good for high hp applications where you can induce a liitle spin on the launch. My friend has a VR-4 Galant and he smoked a porsche and a vette....then again he's running 12s too....huh, drchang!?!
