Vin: the shipping cost is proportional to your time. I was the first to have this done. The wheels need to go to Pittsburg, Ca, you may as well figure San Francisco. From Chicago, I paid $40 to ship there, UPS Ground-5 days.

I needed them back quickly to show to a client. UPS next day air was $276.

By the way, I have had then on all winter in Chicago, and absolutely no trace of corrosion, and I am a finish/corrosion tester. It's plastic on aluminum, so corrosion should not form, period.
