Does anyone on this site have or know someone that has a BLACK 02-03 CL Type S with a Mississippi plate with blacked out limo tent. Anyway I just spanked his ass on the I-10 with a stock 04 TL.

Yes he was racing, he started the race and I don't know how but I do notice a difference coming from an 03 TL Type S to the 04TL. I'm asuming the 03 tl's and cl's type s are comparable. At first I didn't notice much difference but now with 3700 miles later it seems the engine just opened up. When the engine has been running for a little while on the interstate and you punch it a few times it gets rev happy and it feels as if it is just asking for more.

PS If any one of you are ever in the New Orleans area and you want some just let me know. Ha Ha!

Actually, one of the guys I raced was an SCCA Pro driver. But we didn't launch, just a rolling start. The other people I raced were just people on the street so I dunno. I'm not tooooo shabby of a driver myself---I've gotten to attend Bondurant and BMW Racing schools
