Big time accident.

Hey folks. I need some help here. I got into an accident 2 days ago and was wondering if anyone knows of a good body shop in the DC, MD, VA area where he might have had some previous work done.Let me know. THX.

I had my car fixed at Pohanka body shop. They did a good job. But that was 2.5 years ago.

Just moved from MD a few months ago, but when I was there I used a shop in Rockville twice and they did excellent work. They were also written up in the Washintonian for one of the top body shops in the area. Here's there info:

D & D AUTO BODY
15207 FREDERICK RD, ROCKVILLE, MD 20850

some tool rear-ended me a few months ago and I had to get some work done...

Check Manhattan Auto Body in the Air Park in Gaithersburg. they are the 'resident' body shop for Bethesda Jaguar and Porshce and did a good job on my trunk. down-draft paint booth and the rest of the bells and whistles.

I got my front bumper replaced at Pohanka Body Shop. They did an excellent job on my car, real quick turn-around, too.

They are also listed for a few insurance companies as a preferred body shop, too. At least they were with State Farm.

Thanks guys. I'll probably give all of them a call and see who can promise me the quickest turn-around time.

Question? Does anyone know whether I get OEM parts by default or will I have to insist on it. I am not sure what other generic stuff is out there currently.
