Alright fellas..... I have everything installed and aligned. Dont mean to boast, but it looks really good! Seriously replicates OEM.
I will post pics and definitely a write up, for all you DIYer's. I am going to shoot for Wednesday to have everything posted. With working and school full-time it may take another couple of days. But I really appreciate you guys patience.

Here are some teaser pics...... Guys Im sorry I am not on top of it as you all would like, I have finals, work full time and have a nagging g/f.
I also started with 8000k d2s bulbs but they didnt look good and didnt beam as far. So I swapped them w/ 6000k philips bulbs and they are sweet
Pics are from my IPhone so there crap it's also pollen season so the headlights are dirty as well as the car. I have a great digital camera that I'll use to take the remainder, these are teaser pics. Hope you like.

damn son - either those angel eyes overloaded your iphone's ccd or you don't even need the projectors lol. Are you still running with the marker light where the LEDs are?
Nice going, but tell the nagging g/f to shut it for an hour and take some real pics (daytime/lights off too)!

However, I f***ed up the LED gauge conversion and the speedo doesn't work properly. But I just got a new speedo so I am going to swap the speedo then leave it the hell alone. haha,
Here's the replacement:

RIP Dodge Shadow
dont mean to hate, but im not super impressed unless its just poor pic quality. i do like the size of projector shroud u used though it takes up a lot of the void.

My number one recommendation to anyone retrofitting their headlights to buy a whole other pair of headlights. The reason being is that you will not be in a rush because it is a timely and tedious process, you can also make sure everything is perfect and if you mess up your not out a pair of headlights. I will probably end up buying some used headlights and re-retrofitting them since I made a couple of errors. I still have more critiquing to do so please everyone continue to comment good or bad there all welcome! Im not a perfectionist. And I will be doing a DIY so I want to be as dead on as possible.
But overall, the beam is perfect the angel eyes look bright and not ricey and the leds add a decent touch. Looks a hell of a lot better than the reflective OEM housings that can be somewhat blinding to oncoming traffic.

So overall how much have you spent on this project on parts and supplies, tools and whatnot? How much would this cost someone if they wanted to do this?
