Best WHP mods besides Int, Hdrs, pulley and exh?

I don't see myself spending $4k on a CT supercharger. I'm looking at the other alternatives. I have a 01 Type-s AT. And yes tranny work was already done at 50k.

Just looking for the best route to take.

besides intake, headers, pulley and exhaust....maybe stroke the motor out to a 3.5 or 3.6, nitrous. You can do some porting and polishing on the intake manifold and runners, heads. But you still have the auto tranny that could go anytime. Plus the added hp won't help things.

S/C, turbo, nitrous, tune, port/polish, stroker, etc. This is when stuff starts getting really pricey and not worth it to most.

I am going with porting/polishing, exhaust, and tune on ems. I am also lightening the car, that is a cheaper way of making car faster, handle better, a d brake in shorter distances.

QFT.

OP - Even though the tranny work was done at 50k, that doesnt mean its bulletproof. Quite the opposite actually, it will blow again.
