Beaten by a GTP

If you going to want to troll and piss people off, make sure you make sense and don't make stuff up. Why do you have such an anger against Grand Prixs? Had a bad experience with one? If you were a true car enthusiast you would appreciate the Grand Prixs for what they are. Very quick cars for their size with a LOT of modification (both handling and straightline) capabilities.

I think your board member "outrageous-cl type-s" was talking about the 94-96 IMP,s SS . right?

thanx for the backl up..man hey maybe youll buy another GP when the anticipated 05 GP comes out? anyways i agree with you i think "Outrageous CL type S" had a bad expericience with a GTP and doesnt care too share.
As for the CL Vs GTP ...dash /interior .. ill bow down too the CL , its much more appealing (interior)very clean , but HP wise ....hands down to the Blown V6.
Offer still stands only 10days away from my track runs at CSW on JAN 13th any Cl Type-S wanna go for fun of course... you can come over and meet with myself and other highly modded GTP,s .
*Mike*

BTW i used to live in Oceanside(ex-usmc) i was there practically everyweekend, never saw a CL-Type S what color is your ,s?

MattG - yes those impala comments were for Outrageous. I also agree the new Impala sucks in looks. Only car that has any styling cues that resemble the Grand Prix would be the Monte and there's only a slight resemblence in the front.
Silvermist - I think he probably was talking about the previous gen impala's, however, you have to realize, they still are not that great of a performer. Their weight really killed them. I personally love the looks of those Impala and would love to have one, but not as a drag car. I'd still take the Grand Prix over those anyday. AS for the next Gen GP. I'll have to see what they do. I love the Acura's (love the GTX more) but Acura has since claimed my loyalty in quality and dealer experience (this can always change, with the tranny problems flowing around, I'm worrying when it may be my time.) If the next Gen GP looks good and has an awesome engine (needs the torque and aggressive exhaust note) then I'll defenitely get one. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Lutz does a good job over there with it's design.
