Bay Area gathering
I am way too busy to organize such an event at this time, but I would love to somehow get together and meet some of you that are in the Bay Area (CA). I can only hook up during the on eother Saturday or Sunday (night job Fri & Sat preemptes any mtgs on those nites). Any interest out there, or any knowledge of an already planned event?

i should be able to make april 7 - daytime.. I will have to confirm later as the day approaches... i would need to leave by 4 or so to get to work... where is a good place to meet? where do you guys nomrally meet?

Best place to meet is the Mercado 20 movie theaters in San Jose, in front of the MICRO CENTER. There is a nice long strip for doing 0-60 runs, plus most of us already know where it is.

Why don't you guys go to test and tune on Saturday up in Sacto!?! That would be a sight that would scare the crap out of most of the motor swapped or turbo'd civics. A bunch of 14 second automatics....right smack dab in their bracket!!! Consistency is KING in bracket racing!!!

Hey is this a CL exclusive meet? Haha... I went to the meet back in Jan. If you decide to do it later, we can have a CL/TL meet again when the wheather isn't bad. They say scattered showers on Fri, but Sat should be partly sunny.
Let me know, we were thinking of having one but were not sure... also a BBQ at the same time so perhaps at a park or something.
I'll post on the TL forum if you guys decide to.

Damn, I'm going to Tahoe this weekend, and I work so close to where you guys are meeting. My car doesn't have much mods except for a big scratch on my bumper, maybe I can put a "comptech" sticker right over it and then it'll look cool!

Yeah a BBQ meet when more people are available is a good idea!
