Back in the CL-S club. . .

Some of you may remember that I wrecked (and totaled) my Sundance (aka "Pimp Daddy") Gold CL-S about 1 month ago. Several of you even emailed responses saying how the car didn't at all appear totaled, which is what I still think. Anyway, after that, I decided to retrieve my 92 Legend from my parents and shop for another car in about 6-12 months. (I was kinda sick of the Acura dealership experience, esp c/w BMW, Lexus, Audi, etc.)
Anyway, I flew home to retrieve my car Friday. Pull up to my parents' house, open the garage door and there sits another CL-S in Gold with even the same license plates. (My dad had asked me to retrieve the plates abot 2 wks ago.)
So I am once again a proud owner of a CL-S. Now, as I own this one (opposed to the lease of the last one), I intend on some mods.
First of all, I want to improve the braking -- I probably would have avoided the wreck with better brakes. I've seen plenty of perfomance mod post but none related to brakes. Any ideas?
Next, I think we need a subwoofer -- any recs?

Now I am trying to get the dealership to give me the most recent navi disc. My point is that since my dad took delivery on June 25, shouldn't I have the latest version opposed to the version in the car?

Nice to be back in the group. --Satya

Congratulations and welcome back! I wish I could go home and find a brand new car in my garage. Anyway, Comptech sells a Brembo package. Kinda expensive though (about $2000). But you can't get better brakes than that.

Congrats!!!

how would better brakes have helped, the stock brakes can easily lock up the tires, in which case the ABS takes over???
