The part numbers are different on Comptechs website. Does this mean that the b-pipe for the TL will not fit a CL?

 

It means they are different.

I believe the only difference is one is slightly shorter than the other, so its not worth the hassle to get a body shop to cut it to fit, inless you're getting it for free. Plus doing so would void any sort of warrenty.
