axis se7en + tein s tech
Wassup
I just bought some beautiful 19x8 Axis Se7en Mod's and was wondering what kind of springs/shock combo I should get. I've been recommended the Tein S Tech for springs, but does anyone have this setup? I'm wondering if they will rub. I'm looking for a 1 finger gap on my 01cl-s. I don't have the money for Tein SS Coil-Overs so any suggestions would help

Honestly I do not know anyone who has the Tein S-tech springs on their CL or TL... so that's a tough call since there's really no real world info/experience with them.
I'd say to stick with the most popular springs which would be the Comptech springs first, then the H&R Sport or OE springs. Comptech is by far the most popular as it offers a nice drop and the closest to stock ride. Plus, Comptech is "accepted" by most dealers since they work closely with Acura.

if you want a finger gap, do not go with the comptech, IMHO it barely drops it at all.
I have the H&R SS and i have just over a finger gap in the back and maybe 2 in the front, and i have never rubbed at all with your exact same rims....i'd say if you want it lower without coilovers go with the H&R race springs, they go lower.

I have the same setup. I think it looks pretty nice. I want mine a bit lower though. I'll probably end up w/ the coilovers.
