does a aftermarket catback from the av6 need any moddin to fit the 01 cl-s?

im wondering if the 01 accord v6's aftermarket exhuast need to be extended or shorted or any type of modifacation to get it to fit correctly on an 01 cl-s

what are the differences between the 2?
