Auto Up Windows for CLS
The TL Type S is going to have Auto Up Windows also, I hope that the switches are the same size as my CLS so that I can swap these. Hate having to hold the window button. Plus it's nice option to have. Simple things excite me.

I too like the subtleties
If its an option I will most certainly also swap out and add whatever relays are needed....

I don't think that if the switches arethe same size that relays or wiring would really be much of a issue. So if the switch fits, I am in

OK- heres the deal on the auto- up windows. The switch, regulator, wiring and controls are all different. The express down window uses a relay to control it, the auto-up uses an actual controller box. It senses signals from the regulator to determine window position and weather or not there is an obstruction. Much more complicated than the express down function and , I'm sure very expensive to retro fit if at all. Just a good reason to buy a '02 ! ![](http://209.113.46.91/ubb/smile.gif)

can't you have an aftermarket relay or something that will do that?

Worth the money spent. Once I want something I get it. I'll figure out how it work, just gotta order electrical diagram from Acura.

I too think it would be difficult to change. I know in my GS, it does have a sensor on all the windows and sunroof that if there is any obstruction (arm, head, etc) then it automatically reverses and goes down a couple of inches. I'm sure they have to do that on an auto-up window for liability reasons...
