yeah, but i want it on both, including auto up. trust me, if you've ever had it in a lexus, it's a beautiful thing. please excuse any typos, it's a bit late.

the 2002 tl has auto up and down.
anyone know if it's just the switch that can be swapped, or is it like other stuff?
it won't be a straight swap considering they have 4 switches on a panel, but depending on how the switch was and there is 4 switches mounted to a panel, you could steal the one switch that has auto up and down.
i doubt it's that easy though.

i think the problem is are they individual switches for each window or are they a panel with 4 switches permanently attached (on tl)?
anyone wanna pop off their door panels to find out if it's possible?

If you search on this topic.... Jen has replied with why it would be difficult and expensive to do.
Something to do with relays and motors within the door.
if it was as easy as a switch you would think all acuras would have it.

auto up and down can be done by getting a window roll up module. i have the DEI 530T and it makes both windows auto up AND auto down. wiring is not simple, but is not extremely hard. when i bought it about two years ago for my CRX it was only $25.

no i dont have it on an acura, but it doesnt matter. its just a universal window roll up module. it will work with any car. DEI is Directed Electronics Inc., the same company that makss Viper alarms. go to http://www.invisibeam.com/accessorieshtml.htm then click on "Other Accessories", then "Window Automation System". the price on the site says $147, but you should pay no where near that price. i got it for $25 from a friend who worked at a stereo shop. so cost must be somewhere around that range.
