Can anybody in the Vancouver, BC area tell me where I should take my car for service?

I bought my 01 CL-S about 2 months ago (used). I need to bring her in for a 24K kilometer service.

I live closest to Lougheed Acura, so I was thinking there, but I don't mind driving farther if somebody has had good experiences elsewhere.

I bought my ride from Richmond Acura, and went back twice to fix a minor paint problem. After dealing with their service manager, Werner (Burt Reynolds look-a-like), I WILL NEVER BRING MY CAR FOR ANY SERVICE CAUSE' HE'S A TOTAL PRICK. I wrote a "nice" letter to the dealership & Acura Canada about their poor customer service.

I work out in Langley & decided to bring my car into Acura of Langley (ph#539-2111) for my first service & was totally impressed! Ask for John, he's the service manager. I asked him to watch where they parked my car cause' I didn't want any door dings, and when I came to pick up my car, John parked my car in one of the 1st stalls with boxes surrounding my car so no one could park next to me! That's what I call customer service!

I religiously go to Burrard Acura. Ask for Huey [he spells it a little differently but I don't have his business card on me right now; nevertheless, it's hugh-wee] - he's awesome. Rarely have I been disappointed. Call them at 604.736.8832.

 

Yes, DO NOT GO TO RICHMOND ACURA. They treat you and your car like shit !! I brought my CL3.0 in there one day for sopme problem.. so i was talking to that guy .. that chinese guy about the poor paint quality ! and guess what he said ? "OH what do you expect ? its made in US !"
That is not exactly what i expect to hear from an ACURA dealer. Anyways, go to Burrard, their dealship and service department treat you like how Mercedes dealers would treat you. They park your car, put a little card in your car when finished, and they also have a very elegant looking waiting area. Look at Richmond Acura.. they whole dealership looks like some american car dealership.

 

hi buddy..i bought my acura at loudheed acura too.but i live in seattle.usa... i got my cls first service at loudheed acura and second and thrid services at richmond acura..what do u have to worry about..i drove all the way from seattle to vancouver bc just for services and i got my cls at aug 2000.and now it has 14100 miles.. pretty cool heh but from now on..i will get my cls services at bellevue acura dealer only as too far to get there
