shit man, I'm sorry....

I was building a moto-cross track all day and when we finished we started lapping it...well my buddy stopped dead right in front of me and I got on the brakes so hard, the thing bucked me off, straight into the ground, knocking the wind out of me and then it fell on top of me really bruising my legs and hurting my right shoulder A LOT

that and the horrible sunday nihgt traffic on the 400 south from Barrie was enough for me to say forget it....I ended up in the hot tub for a couple hours and in bed at 9:30....

I still feel pretty stiff and sore today...

if there's a convenient time for you sometime in the next week or whatever, I have to come to TO a number of times and I still wanna see you car, maybe we could just hook up sometime?
