For AT's, D4 or D5?

Just my 2 cents but i drive with gear in D4.. Do get quicker response when steppin on gas to pass. But when im in race mode
i drive her in D5,that way i can just throw her into manuel mode. LOL Guess its not to friendly on tranny.
