What exactly did you not like about them?
I am going in for the tranny slipping and shift clunk, and also about my VSA light coming on solid. Do they like to charge for unnecessary things or put up a fight about fixing items.
BTW
I cant make it to the meet, i have a wedding out of town.

Never get anything done right the first time. They try to bribe customers with free oil changes for giving them positive reviews. They don't take criticism well at all.

They destroyed a members rim and neglected to point it out. Then it took them nearly 1 week to order a replacement. When the replacement got there Ardmore had the nerve to try and keep the old rim. Ardmore thought if they were replacing the rim they should get to keep it........why? They didn't pay for the original. Basically, what Ardmore was trying to do was keep the rim, get it resurfaced and then sell it for profit or help to cover the cost of the rim they replaced it.

I've heard good things about Davis Acura in Langhorn. I drive up to Park Ave Acura in NJ.

Both Zapata and myself share the same feelings in regards
to Ardmore's lack of intrest in customer satisfaction. I would suggest the above in Langhorn, NJ, or West Chester Acura
for your service.

Are you up for the Phiily meet next weekend?

I just moved to the area and used ardmore once, I felt customer service and general knowledge was lacking. I am planning on making the meet next weekend.

Welcome to the board!
This Philly meet is still on the 7th if your down.

Yeah, the service guys suck azz over their, but the mechanics
are very personable and like to talk cars.
I told one of the mechanics who replaced my rim last time to
leave this place and stop taking sweat shop whips to the
balls evertime he talks to a customer.

I found Montgomeryville Acura to be ok saleswise, never had service done there, they seem a bit overpriced though.
