APEXI VAFC DIGITAL (Vtec Controller)

I know this is one of the many vtec controllers out there, but I was wondering if it was worth it: to engage vtec @ lower rpms. I didn't read up too much on it, but does anyone have one? Feedback? Unless you have FI would it even make sense to spend the $?

I've heard you dont get anything out of the earlier rpm WOTs; however, I have a clp so I'm thinking about it for my 4th and 5th gears. I swear vtec doesn't kick in in those gears...

that's because by the time the rpm's reach vtec range in those gears, the electronic speed limiter has already kicked in.

You can use this to fine tune but you will have to do this on a dyno. You are better off getting the Apexi NEO since it is the new interface.

PM me if you need one.
