Anyone Try Aftermarket Pads with the OEM Rotors?
Has anyone tried aftermarket pads with the OEM rotors? What pads do you recommend? Did you still have problems with wheel shimmy and pedal pulsation with this combo?
I am becoming more of a believer that both the original (45022-S0K-A01) and updated (45022-S0K-A11) OEM pads are the cause of my car going through 4 sets of front rotors. If you've read the Stop Tech article about the warped rotor myths, then you know what I am getting at.
There is still no recall or TSB for bad rotors, so are the pads really the cause?
Assume that all other factors are not the cause.
